As the Dawn breaks through the sky,
The radiant glow pushes back the night.
The dark must give way the brightness of the Dawn.
The cold of the night begins to fade to the warmth of the light.
As the Dawn begins to cast its light on all things,
The trees begin to blush with the rising Dawn,
The flowers turn to the Dawn’s radiance
The birds come from their hiding places for the warmth it brings.
Each Dawn brings renewed strength
For those that seek light
New hope and fresh vigor come with each Dawn
The songs of the birds as they warm themselves in the glow
Fill the air with a melody of God provision for each day.
The Dawn tell us that the night has it boundaries
The coldness is held to a limit
The emptiness of the night is bound by an unseen power
The darkness must yield to the light of the Dawn.
Today January 1, 2010 is a new Dawn in our lives
The Dawn breaks through our hearts
It thaws the cold that the long night had brought,
No longer will the darkness hinder the journey,
The loneliness gives way to the warmth of the light,
The emptiness fades with renewed hope and purpose.
The Dawn stirs our spirit to the rebirth,
Of the expectations of things to come,
The Dawn produces faith in the provision of our Father,
For our every need, hope and desire.
The Dawn teaches us to endure the night
And then rejoice in the Dawn.
